While we imagined enjoying sunsets in a garden, the reality was a yard too small for relaxation-just enough room for a car. To catch those mountain views, a little journey beyond the hotel was needed.

A Serene Getaway with Room for Improvement

The cozy double room offered a peaceful retreat, but the promised mountain view was misleading. Future guests should explore local attractions and enjoy dining options nearby. An upgrade in outdoor space could really enhance the experience.

King room with bathroom as well as a comfortable bed. Coffee, fruit juices, fresh bread, and jam served for breakfast. Good location in walking distance to the town center, good restaurants in the local area❤👌

What shines and what doesn't

Liz and José are great hosts who treat you like family. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. The cozy nature of the place adds warmth to the stay.

The first impression can be misleading as a two-night stay experienced inconsistent service. The comfort level in the room did not meet the expectations set by other aspects.

Just a top selection for a transient visit in El Valle de Anton with good price-quality ratio. The well-equipped kitchen allowed me to cook a few simple meals. Bring some snacks for your stay to make it more fun.

Jose and Liz are wonderful hosts. The breakfast options were delicious-great bread, fresh fruit juice, and superb coffee! And access to a fully equipped kitchen allowed us to whip up our meals. The location is perfect, just a short walk to both the local supermarket and hiking trails. Jose even joined us on one hike, sharing his local knowledge, even better.

The noise from the residential road might be a concern for light sleepers.

The cozy backyard was perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings and unwinding after hikes. Just a heads-up, while everything worked well, it's not a luxury resort experience, but that didn't take away from our fun stay 🌄
